Is it weak for someone to keep their defenses up? I mean... if you went through your entire life walking around without a bulletproof vest, getting shot in the heart numerous times on a daily basis... well, shit, that's a lot of holes... and the human heart can only take so much of it.

There's that motto that says "that which does not kill me makes me stronger" well... several of these metaphorical bullets to the heart are likely to weaken a person if they do not kill...

But does it make a person weaker to defend against those bullets... I mean, after years and years of endless gunfire the person finally puts on a bulletproof vest and NEVER takes it off... who knows when the next shot may be fired.

We have no use for sex as procreation in this era of eras and errors to be.
